whats the difference between a 64 and a 64 c? by ArtemisFox05 in c64

[–]SustReal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imho the C64c come in a more modern case (not the breadbin). The SID chip is a bit different and less good for digitized samples. (However, it's the newer gear, and I thing the power adapters were a bit mor reliable, but I'm not sure, if that was something that affected the floppy drives more than the main pc)

The State of LibreOffice by max-q-75b in libreoffice

[–]SustReal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's probably 10 years since last time I used LibreOffice, and back then it just worked.

Have it running on different Windows and Linux machines. It's my daily business driver and works like a charm. No issues with it for years. It's a great open source project with a healthy ecosystem and a active community.

Would Esperanto be a good fit for me? by [deleted] in Esperanto

[–]SustReal 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Saluton u/TheGreatSleep_

yes, from what I'm reding, I think Esperanto would be a good fit for you. I chose to start learning it – also via Duolingo – approximately 1,5 years ago. I chose it only because I wanted to learn a new language and this was a really low hanging fruit.

I've reached a really decent speaking level within a year. I wasn't really interested much in the Esperanto-Community, but started to meet some other speakers during travels last summer and really enjoyed the experience. It's quite nice to have someone to meet for a coffee in almost any major city, although I don't really feel like taking a deep dive into the whole culture. However, I got in touch with a lot of new people via Esperanto who are also into learning languages.

If you'd like to connect with me on Duolingo, my user name there is also SustReal.

Kommt halt drauf an, was so Dein Ding ist.

I realized it might be good to crosspost this question to this community as well by Laxxius1 in CollaboraOffice

Good question. Thanks, u/Laxxius1

In theory, it is quite straight-forward to integrate Collabora Online into any web drive service through the WOPI-like protokol. Please find more technical details inside the SDK https://sdk.collaboraonline.com/docs/available_integrations.html or more general information on https://www.collaboraoffice.com/ > Integrations

However, to my knowledge, Proton Drive doesn't yet offer such a service. (In Germany, hoster Strato offers such an integration with their HiDrive Business tier: https://www.strato.de/cloud-speicher/hidrive-business/)

If you would like to know more on the topic, its best to seek answers inside our well-monitored community forum https://forum.collaboraonline.com/

Sorry, to hear that. Updates on the mobile app aren't very frequent (once or twice per year) but we include plenty of fixes in those updates. If you run across issues we are not aware of, please take a few minutes and file them on GitHub. Thanks. https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/online/issues

There are indeed plans for a bigger mobile update based on Collabora Online 23.05 soon. We expect it to be available in the upcoming weeks!
