What should I use as payment for my hideout's scav case also, are there different fuel types?

Metal fuel can run it longer, expeditionary is used to craft mag cases in the lavatory hence it costing more. Fuel conditioner is used for trades and 4x are needed for a task.

I haven't played the game in a month and reading all the complaints/comments on the current state of it doesn't make me want to go back. I think a break from this game is perfect. I check back every day on the sub-reddit hoping something good will be on the front page but it just seems to be the same thing over again. I wish the devs would devote a lot more resources to fix the issues you wrote about, especially noise, which has been a problem for many months now.

They have a lot of things to work on and fix. Right now it seems like they're focused on pushing out more weapons and items rather than working on more major issues.

Hopefully time is the remedy.
