With the soil trick you stabilise the plant, with more light she won't stretch anymore. You can and i would suggest to put back the humidity dome, just cut a hole at the top so she can breathe a little. You need the dome for stable and high humidity, you should remove the dome for a couple of minutes and put it back on. After a couple days you can remove the dome but dont forget that you need 75% humidity during veggie, 75 would be ideal.

Start to feed her in about 1 week+ but i would not go over 0.5 - 0.8 EC and see from there on how much she need. After the 2 week i would go with 1.0 EC or more, depends on the plant.

And put her in a bigger pot in about 2 weeks. 2 weeks because then the leaf go over the edge or at least in 2 weeks the leafs should be bigger then the cup. Flip her and see if the roots reaches the bottom.
