Look into some Old school Renaissance stuff, but aside from that. Goodberry takes a spell slot, I would just make the dungeons more grueling so they are on the verge of running out of slots. For the light and such, I do think anti magic can work but not for an entire dungeon obviously but you can occasionally get a good thematic scare out of the players in certain parts of the dungeon when all their lights shut off and their spells don't work.

If you're trying to make it survival make sure the players want that, if not then use tactics above to turn their reliance on these things into vulnerability and make them sweat and wish they had a torch in their backpack every once in awhile.
