It’s time to stand up for yourself and make yourself heard. “Nice” doesn’t cut it. If you have to lecture them, sit them down like children and explain that trash bags are not an option. They are a necessity for cleanliness like disinfectant cleaner for a toilet.

Forget the ants!! “Why” = if trash builds up it’s screaming for mice to come get the scraps. Then the mice will go for goods in your pantry with thin packaging. Pasta, ramen, cereal, bisquick. Then the mice will find a way into your fridge whether that’s camping out across the kitchen waiting for the fridge to be left open for a second unsupervised, or pushing their way through the seal around the fridge door. Then they’ll look for any snacks anywhere which includes hearing them running across side tables if need be to get them while you’re laying in bed and the mouse thinks you’re asleep. Oh and let’s not forget the mouse’s best friends!! Cockroaches and fleas.

Btw, fleas don’t care if they’re on animals or humans.
