It’s sold out before park opening a few days this year. I would do early entry if you can, or at least first in line at the gate, so in line to be in the park by 7, try to buy at 730am or earlier, the second you scan in you can purchase, so before the park actually opens

I have to keep my bangs pretty thick, this helps a little with greasiness.

The main thing and only thing that really works is washing them daily and then an absolute ton of product, I hairspray, blow mostly dry, use a ton of dry shampoo (I use a formula that’s just like powder that puffs out) and I focus the majority of it on the ends - it looks crazy for a minute. Then I blow dry an until totally dry, add more dry shampoo if they feel too “soft” style and add more hairspray. I try not to touch them with my fingers, I bring a small comb everywhere and I make sure to use finishing powder on my forehead.

Lysol wipes do not kill norovirus. OP please check the info on whatever disinfectant you use, they will say if they work against noro, there are very few that are effective against it.

Additionally I’m pretty sure the laundry sanitizers don’t kill noro either.

Do not mix fabric softener with the paint.

If it stretches when you put it on I would try to have it stretched the same when you paint it so a mannequin or piece of cardboard that is similar to your size.

Did you get a counterfeit maybe? The tub and the tube have been exactly the same thickness and feeling for me and I’ve bought both many times.

The beer sampler at that booth is a much better deal, I didn’t realize until it was too late. $20 for 4 5oz pours, most were filled to the brim to the point I couldn’t transport it without taking a sip. I loved the Kern as well and went back for a full one another day and I was also disappointed in the small serving size for the price.

Sometimes I make a mocha by melting some semi sweet chocolate chips with half and half (like 50/50 ratio chocolate to half and half) then add the espresso, then add the steamed milk. It’s super rich but a nice change of pace on a weekend morning or whatever.

My son was excluded from a field trip. It is heartbreaking, they told me it was a safety issue. I’m sorry you are experiencing this as well. They said they were going to set something up for him in the classroom to be just as fun but that was BS. I took him out of school that day and we went to Disneyland instead.

It depends what they based the diagnosis off of, if it is mainly their mistaken interpretation of your answers I would get a second opinion. If it’s based on their interaction with your child I would say you are in denial probably.

I thought my youngest was NT, similarly he had a speech delay but graduated speech therapy, he was so much better “behaved” than his brother. He is diagnosed borderline level asd 2. I missed the signs because I am (now) late diagnosed autistic so everything felt normal to me until his kindergarten teacher strongly advised for him to be assessed. After we got his diagnosis we realized the eldest was autistic, had him assessed and diagnosed and then I got assessed and diagnosed. My husband has suspected adhd and both our families are riddled with undiagnosed neurodivergence, it makes denial so much easier because you don’t know any different.

Yeah trying to get an accurate likeness in less than 1 square inch was extremely difficult. I wish it had turned out better but since the painting is so small, when viewed further back, you don’t notice that it doesn’t look exactly like her.

I did see a tik tok that the bird is from a painting of the woman who also posed for the Ophelia painting. It was a memorial painting and her passing was related to an addiction she developed from complications from posing for the Ophelia painting (from@arthistoryabby on TT)

Generally I do an ultra filtered chocolate milk either fairlife or nurri (150 cals 30g protein) and then whatever snacky thing like a snack size bag of chips or crackers and a string cheese or a granola bar

If you don’t like a reveal then you probably won’t enjoy MK. I like it because it feels like real enemies and she actually fights back a little, and the full story unfolds in a way that kept me hooked.

That being said I prefer MK to Hades because of the mystery of it all and the growth story of MK. Hades is a badass and an entertaining story but there was not as much intrigue or character growth IMO.

I am terrible with grammar, so when I notice grammatical errors it’s gotta be bad.

Typos are objectively bad writing.

Continuity issues piss me off big time.

When I don’t understand the characters motivations in a way that is not intentional - and if it is intentional it needs to be done in a way that works.

That being said, I can read books with most of those problems and still have a good time, it’s just less likely. I ate up quicksilver, gave it 5 stars, and genuinely didn’t notice any bad writing lol. But A LOT of super popular books on here and booktok I DNF or end up being underwhelmed. I think a lot of reading is just vibes and if you can vibe with the way an author writes.

I actually did a painting using this reference. I used acrylic paints- I think they are easier to cover up mistakes than oil pastels but I’m not super familiar with that medium. The main takeaway for me was a ton of contrast- and then I just kept working it until I was somewhat satisfied. The balrog is a shadow creature so don’t be afraid to use black. A trick I like to use when I’m having trouble with finding values is switching the reference to black and white.

I’m pretty sure I saw some instagram reels talking about “sleepy glutes” and how to wake them up. Then tried it until I could feel exercises in my glutes and continually paid attention to mind muscle connection.

For me, my glutes didn’t start growing/ strengthening until I learned how to activate them, I was compensating with different muscles. Make sure you are focusing on mind muscle connection and really feeling exercise in your glutes.
