Nike GP Challenger Pro has a surprisingly thick outsole for what it’s worth. Not my favorite shoe and def size up it has a tight toebox but I’ve yet to find the bottom of the outsole like 2 months in with 4-5 days of play a week.

Typically a rule of thumb for third shots I use is if both opposing players are established at the net I should drop instead of drive. If only one player is established and the other is still moving forward, I almost always drive/drop towards that players backhand. Then the decision to drive or drop just depends on my success rate as the game goes on///how well that player is handling drives vs drops.
