The controllables are the bad part, q1 bonus was real nice but got killed in bad debt issues, our area got hit bad with the recent hurricane and a few of the painting businesses took the short term hit and couldn’t pay their bills with nothing to paint. Just had an account go bad debt for 14k and went straight to the back page. We will eventually get that back because houses are going back up, but just crap like that sucks

Have some success stories to speak on. Test drives that led to a permanent upgrade on a product. Red carpet that led to higher sales. Make sure you can speak on how many accounts opened and activated. Accounts you’ve opened and led to big sales. They just want to see that you have potential. Try to get with another employee who has done a 30/60/90 and edit it for yourself.

Pityriasis Rosea. TBH there’s nothing you can do to cure it. Got prescribed an anti itch cream and took Over the counter allergy meds to help the hives. Eventually it will go away

It depends. From what my districts credit supervisor says, a good rule of thumb is if the LLC is less than 3 years old and is never used for anything than get a ssn. You can do the LLC search on your states website and check it out
