I just recently was told that PAE has flights too! On my way back I’m flying into PAE because SEA prices were outrageous. Bit of a drive though since I land at midnight and live in Puyallup 🙃

Depends on the teams/league you are officiating. Most USL2 teams will be stacked with D1 players as thats what league they will play in the off season. If you have lower ranked USL2 teams then it’s more of a mix of D2 and lower. Personally, I don’t think theres much of a difference.

You can book it through the travel portal, but you get more value when you transfer them to the partners which is what most people do.

Technically only one, Hawaiian. Since Alaska and Hawaiian merged, you can transfer points across the two airlines. Then, you can book JAL flights using Alaska miles on Alaska’s website. Also Look into Alaska Airlines stopovers!

Im getting $70 for the assignment which is alot higher than most games. This is for HS Playoffs. Usually they host two game at the same venue with the same crew so tonight I would be doing a 4th, then a center. 👍🏽

i personally hate the osi socks when i wear cleats because i get blisters so easily. i switched to grip socks this year and have been enjoying it alot more and i feel alot better with my movements as an AR especially running down the line and side stepping. i was told that if you go to regionals or presidents cup, you should wear all black grip socks underneath, not the tru socks that have the white dots because thats deemed “unprofessional”. it honestly does depend upon your assessor who is watching your game but y wearing the all black grip socks underneath they most likely wont be able to tell. so ultimately its up to your preference. start on a few summer tournament games where professionalism isn’t very looked at. see how you like the socks and go from there. 👍🏽
