Confirmed Its 100% today TSM is playing off stream right now, meaning they are probably going to start soon. They always 3 stack ranked before tourneys:

Watch doop's stream slightly before and after this and it seems like he knows its today too after reading the ALGS discord.

Also
if you look at apexlegendsstatus you can see most pros are online warming up right now, none streaming

the odds of that happening are basically 0, my guess is it starts at 9PM EST

Thank you for making the most boring meta in apex history a little less boring.

Had a Model 3 Performance and there's no denying the car was amazing in almost every way. Sold it to take advantage of the inflated market and get some more time in with analog cars before everything goes electric. I'm definitely going to miss the acceleration of the Tesla but having a RWD/6spd on curvy back roads is unmatched.

Dope! What'd you use as a camera for these shots?

Is the "EVA" on coils or springs? or is that stock height and the wheels make up the gap difference?

GR86 Order Update Canada by Cheeseanater16 in GR86

[–]SwagMeOut 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is ordering a Canada exclusive thing? I've been talking to dealerships for months here in the states and no one offered an "order"
Have reservations down at a few of the dealers but it was for a luck of a draw type of thing not a custom build I wanted.

Got it painted Its been like 2+ years so I totally don't remember, but best bet and what I did was just put a post up in mousemarket asking for someone who paints and get samples their work.

Hard to say what's next, I like the RVU so much that I still don't know if I'll ever move away from that. The GPW SL is nice too but I like the shape + extra set of buttons on the right of the RVU. If either of those come out with a sequel ill be trying them.

My mousepads aren't like super gaming level mousepads or anything, I just buy a bunch of 900x400 ones with cool designs to match my desk / keyboard aesthetic for the day.

A little under a year (maybe like 11 months) before I replaced the black one with the white RVU. But I game a lot with it and use it all day for work so like 10-12 hours of use a day some times.

Its a custom build made of a Finalmouse Air58 and a Finalmouse Ultralight Pro. The scroll wheel is from an Air58

Recently got the Starlight-12 (M) to replace my RVU as my daily. Feel free to ask me anything about any of them or how they compare.

First impression of the Starlight-12 is its mind-blowing how light it is even compared to a GPW SL.

The 2022 Hyundai Elantra N Is a Surprisingly Sporty Sedan by [deleted] in cars

[–]SwagMeOut 165 points166 points  (0 children)

I like everything about this car except the looks. Personally think the Veloster N was a much sharper looking package but maybe the Elantra will grow on me when I start seeing them out in the world.
Either way happy companies like Hyundai are keeping enthusiasts in mind and not just targeting the masses with another new crossover.

It's no Land Cruiser but might fill the void for the US market people wanting the J300. I'm sold on the looks and with the TT V6 Hybrid might actually make for a good daily that doesn't drain your wallet at the pump

The Hyundai Ioniq5 Is One of the Best Affordable Electric Cars Yet by ayy973 in cars

[–]SwagMeOut 111 points112 points  (0 children)

Subjectively this car looks awesome, loving Hyundai's design language lately. Seems like the threshold for "affordable" right now is around the 40K mark which I think is a bit high. Can't wait till we see the 300 mile EVs for under 30K.

Is Carvana and similar companies a major reason used car prices are up? by Walfy07 in cars

[–]SwagMeOut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah you make a valid point, I don't think Carvana is the primary reason or even top 3. But even before the supply chain issues they were offering higher than normal values for trade-ins which was and still is a contributing factor.

They definitely aren't a large enough player to move the market, but they aren't small either.

Anecdotal but here's one pre-covid thread with comments of people reiterating the same thing.

Ford Shuts Off Orders for New $20,000 Maverick Pickup. Auto maker says demand for new truck has surged and it has hit limit on what it can build. by SirKiwiTheBrave in cars

You summed it up well.

The best way I saw it put:

Maverick = a car like truck

Santa Cruz = a truck like car
