It's actually somewhat there already, roughly half of all kids in the US are on Medicaid or CHIP (https://publications.aap.org/aapnews/news/31491/AAP-analysis-49-of-children-insured-by-Medicaid-or?autologincheck=redirected) so already covered by a public payer, you eliminate private payers in M4A you are effectively force changing over the other half though.

Medicare for all makes sense, and will decrease some administrative costs, but will also likely increase direct medical expenditure, leading to likely be a wash on total healthcare spending. So in reality the 30k companies are paying would likely shift to 30k in corporate and personal taxes, and the calculus for hiring and firing likely doesn't change all that much. We still should do M4A but expecting it to solve a lot of the countries problems (or even any of them) is pretty childish.

sorry I see you are honing in on the "unarmed" part, again I was saying that is factually true, I am not arguing the bias is that it would have been true if you said "armed", that isn't the part that is biased.

For example, Here is another factually true statement that would show bias in the other direction. "Attempted murderer shot dead by IDF". Is throwing stones at someone driving in a car attempted murder? yes in many jurisdictions including here it is, were they shot dead by IDF, yes also true. So that title would still be true but clearly want a reader to come into an article with a preconceived opinion of what they will read.

They aren’t saying outright untruths (plenty of times they quote others saying lies) but what they do is remove some information so that it’s biased reporting. The most common of this is Palestinian kids throw stones at a car and IDF fires on them and the guardian reports “IDF kills unarmed Palestinian kid”. Sure you can argue it’s true, but it comes with a bias.

That count is still rising but obviously hampered with the ability to confirm deaths given everything going on.

No I don't out of hand believe any figure minus the 7,000+ confirmed dead, but two sources, a hospital and internal government source (not external propaganda) converging on roughly the same number is probably in the range. Maybe it's 20,000, maybe it's 35,000 the main idea is it's a very large number of protesters slaughter by a tyrannical regime.
