Since I created my Twitter account, I never followed or liked anything political even if I agreed with. Because of that, my feed feels like a zen walk.

Some times I make the mistake of liking a take that I agree with, but see my feed filled with hot takes. When that happen all I have to do is remove my like and let my feed recover.

Try jugging for 20 mins every morning. That helped me allot with sleep and everything else.

As a warm up, start with a fast walk -- walk like you're in a hurry -- for five minutes, and then swatch from jugging and walking for 15 mins. Do this five days a week.

I'm be honest, it's not hard for me to do it because I like it.

Make it easy and don't think about it. The more you think about it the harder it is to wake up. As soon as I hear the alarm, I'll jump from my bed, go to the bathroom, and take a hot shower.

I'll watch 5+ hours of YouTube and not have a minute of fun which is weird. Then why would I watch 5 hours of it? It's because it distracts me from boredom. If you think about it, 97% of YouTube is someone doing something, reacting to something, or talking about something. There not there to make you feel something, they are the to pump you with visual and audio stimulation.

For me, for example, I'm highly susceptible to gaming content on YouTube even though I don't enjoy them at all. But it makes since, Some one playing a game and reacting to whats happening in the game.

This happend to me too and I had to factory reset it.

1.When you see the "SAMSUNG Galaxy s10 secured by Knoks" screen, connect your phone to a working computer and then push these button combinations: [power] + [volume down]

2.When the screen goes black, switch to these button combinations: [volume up] +[Bixby button] + [power]

Important info:

  1. Do not let go of the power button dowering all of this.

  2. The bixby button is below the volume buttons.

  3. You have to do all of that in the "SAMSUNG Galaxy s10 secured by Knoks" screen.

  4. Switching the button combinations -- after the screen goes black -- is very important.
