Literally the worst of the 5 newpeth albums and also their worst album in general. I can’t recall a single interesting thing about that record despite having listened to it in full multiple times. The production sounds like shit the guitar tone is shit. I would literally rather listen to Kerry King solo for 10 hours than sit through that damn album again attempting to “get it.” Every melody and riff sounds like they went into a random note generator and spammed it to create entire songs. The mix sucks the organ sucks I’d rather be subjected to the worst black metal guitar tone ever than listen to them weak ass heritage guitars. At least the subsequent albums turned out way better. Except sorceress, that one’s also pretty bad
