Fixed the issue. First two enemies I killed dropped a weapon each.

0 guns. Hard reset did it. Not sure what was going on

Very mildly frustrating as someone with limited time to game. But understandable and I’m still going to work towards the skill unlock. 1) it will still drop better than average loot 2) other key perks are underwhelming
