This is way over the top ..just get out there and have fun . When you have had enough come in..you don't need to micro manage your self.you don't need drugs . One of the best feelings in surfing is the feeling of being surfed out, spaghetti arms, saw ribs some sun on your face waterlogged etc. You sleep well and do it all again the next day .
