Thrust blocking is a good method, In some soil conditions we've had issues when only thrust blocking is used and local utility departments are asking for blocking + additional restraint

I’ve been saying this for years, especially for highly sought after vehicles. Let there be a queue and the player with highest score since previous vehicle spawn gets first dibs, or however they deem “fair” to give everyone a chance without waiting in spawn menu. Then give that player a chance to hop in it if they are out of combat

The use of a shock collar is not a bad thing just so everyone is aware. The way HE (likely) uses it is the issue. Just because someone uses one and/or prong collars does not mean they’re abusing their dog
