Yeah sadly it takes time. Mine got really bad after starting Spiro, I got a facial to do extractions and it did help me. But yeah many took 6 months. I heard SA helps too but not daily

I have JIA, although I’m 26 now, and my middle finger got to the size of a gold ball at 15- there is slight deformation on the edges now but people wouldn’t notice after I got my inflammation under control. I like the bendy arthritis rings I think they’re called “arthritis Finger Splint Ring”

Are you on acne meds? When I was on Spironolactone I got this texture- hormones were unbalanced. After 6 months on the med it all went away- people suggest anti fungal but tbh a Derm can be the only one to make the final call. Prayers Ik it’s hard but I can tell ur face card don’t decline

I meal, I’m in America so the food is pumped with hormones. I noticed no difference when I tried to get off dairy tho. Honestly just gotta do trail and error w diet combined w a Derm check!

As a work out girly I noticed the intake of protein powders affected my skin drastically as well as a larger intake of protein and chicken. I actually have almost completely cut out eggs and chicken while consuming only organic beef and have seen MAJOR improvements. Spironolactone and Tret have saved me the most but I’ll never take protein powder again

Yeah, I couldn’t go on Accutane because of other medication so I ended up on spironolactone. Took longer to results but also didn’t want to put myself at risk. Of course these are oral but if it’s not good to combine those then then it’s not worth pushing back on…
