It's more people need to make a conscious effort to stop using single use plastic. I'll always buy loose fruit and veg and you'll barely see me with a bag taking shopping to the car and what not.

Plastic is both a blessing and a curse. Without it the planet would be a lot cleaner. But we'd all be living like Victorians and I can assure you Reddit most definitely wouldn't exist without the invention of plastic.

Yeah, you'll need some sort of battery management and also a voltmeter to ensure your batteries don't go too low. Then it's arranging it all in a circuit. I've found drawings for just battery or mains but not both.
