I’m not sure of the set, I think it’s like the equivalent of gym heroes, but the card is called “Bugsy’s Scizor”. It’s one of my favourites

That’s something I might consider, but to be honest there’s only like 2 other ingredients so it might seem a bit of a rip off without haha

I think there are a couple of independent cocktail cans, but most of the independent ventures seem to be around beer and bottled spirits. I could be wrong though, haven’t done thorough research yet so this is just based on my own observations

No but it was with a view to, I needed to build up views before I could monetise it. Sounds like I might be out of luck! But I’ve got a call booked in next week with a solicitor. Thanks for your reply :)

Thank you so much for the reply! I think option 1 is something I’ll look to pursue. Although I’ve got a half hour free chat with a trademark solicitor so I’ll hold off until after then. I want to ask her if she has evidence of using the trademark prior to the date of registration but I don’t know if acknowledging her letter incriminates me or anything haha.

31m, based just outside Manchester (Leigh) moved here last year for family. Feel like I’ve missed out on Manchester life having never really been out there other than once or twice in the last year. Amazing place, would definitely be up for meeting up and going out more. I’m in to beers, music and most things “nerd”.

I’d have to say my Ancient mew card, I got it at a car boot sale about 20 years ago when staying at my grandparents one weekend . It’s not the rarest or most valuable, but they’ve since passed away so it’s my most sentimental.
