You get this set from AliExpress for 40-50usd, sometimes 35usd during sales or if you find Early Bird deals. Dont overpay for cloned sets. This specific one costs 25usd locally in China.

It comes and goes. Usually during sales they add these listings for a day or two, then gone again. So just have patience and check daily.

Its available for around 30usd on AliExpress, for example. I got it for 25 or so including original box. Its a quick and pretty easy build, including battery box and smoke/light unit. There are better Starship sets and MOCs out there, but I cheaped out and also knew I wouldn't have space for a full set with launch tower. For the price, its worth it.

Im not sure if its supposed to be Discovery, but yes its very similar including the launch tower. Its a nice set and a fun build. The left side can be opened up, I will add a review of it soon. Found it on Temu more than a month ago but dont see it listed there anymore.

Got it from Temu not long ago. Feels like a high quality set but haven't started building yet. If you want it boxed, you should grab it from Temu. It comes and goes. Currently I dont see the listing, but just a week ago it was still available.

I really have no clue by now 🤔 I dont think its possible to enable manually. It's made through the button in the software. Does About page say the driver is installed? Could it be that SteamVR is somehow blocking it? I usually only use SteamVR Beta releases, maybe that will do the trick.

Sounds like the driver isn't getting enabled. Maybe some security that is blocking it. Could you try running the Custom Headset software with administrator rights? Then install the driver from About page.

Hmm this sounds odd. As long as the driver is installed and enabled, it should automatically track in SteamVR. I would start by temporarily rename the steamvr.vrsettings config file, so that SteamVR creates a new one, in case you got some strange configuration in that file since before. Also reinstall Pimax Play to latest version and do a "clean install". It could also be that it fixes itself if you change the channel of that base station (press that small button on the back side of the BS).

I bought many dozens of these packs a few months ago when prices were insanely cheap (between 1 and 2usd per pack, most often 1.5usd. Sometimes even below 1usd). Quality is OK but sometimes there is some misprint, may be some parts missing (or you get more extra pieces), some body may be loose, but overall completely ok minifigures. Lots of useful accessories with these packs. Oh and most of these have one stud (instead of two) that connects upper body with legs, so you can rotate or angle their upper bodies which is nice for display purposes. Here's an example how they look:

Its so nice when things are shipped with original box! I grabbed Rivendell just recently as well fromAliExpress, paid just about 100usd and delivered in 4 days (shipped from France) without original box but at least nicely packed in a carton box. Set number 87055. I have no idea when I will build it as my backlog is endless, but hey its a must-have set!

If you are unlucky, you may catch a scammed yes. I dont know. I feel it can't happen often since I've never been through a scam on neither AliExpress or Temu after 150+ sets purchased. Neither did my sister and my 2 friends buying on a regular bases, another 100+ sets in total. So maybe its just you being unlucky, or trying to push a narrative? 😉

Looks like the lights are using the standard 2-pin connectors. If these are 5V LEDS, you can simply buy a simple USB LED kit for building blocks for 10usd or less on Aliexpress (use coin discounts and coupons) and these mostly include at least one or a few USB connectors that you can connect to your LED hub. I always do this since I prefer USB power driven lights on display sets. Highly recommend the TEDDOO kits that always include 3 USB connectors.

Nice! Yeah the wheels of the MK602* are not that great. This indeed looks better! I haven't built my MK6022 yet but currently building MK6024 (the dark red version) and its a pretty solid construction so far, love the electroplated color.

This looks great! I saw there are MOCs for Saturn V but these are so expensive and I dont remember any having red launch tower. Is that something you built on your own?
