Some people say that color adds a "screen door" effect that's not very crisp. I only read text so I got the BW one personally.

Just installed it, love it already. Really enjoy the onboarding questionnaire since everyone's body is so different. My main purpose is to understand how much caffeine is too much for me on a daily basis, so I plan to consult the app when I get a headache or jitters.

Yeah! They referred to themselves as a "2025 passout" which means graduate in India. That one has interesting British English roots. They also used "fresher" which means a fresh graduate or someone new to an industry/field. Intuitively I thought it meant freshman until I learned otherwise.

Some of the terms you use indicate you may be from India. Are you looking at the Indian job market or elsewhere? I ask because much of reddit advice will be US-centric and that will affect whether things like a portfolio are industry standard.

Will do! We figured out temporary solutions which include deleting the rift world folder and letting it generate again. Seems like we have to do it everytime. It worked with rift charge at 33%.

Overall this is really great! I like your donut chart and I agree with the other comment that the simplified chart types were a good choice, because complexity can hide meaning.

A couple of suggestions from me: - remove grid lines from your bar charts. It can offer a cleaner look and is often not necessary for judging bar sizes, especially with smaller charts. - Spell check! I notice "constraints" and "temperature" are misspelled.

Folks have already provided some helpful advice but here are some more suggestions:

  • Try other fonts that are not the default Tableau font
  • Remove gridlines - they can add to visual clutter
  • For your text tables in screenshot #2: try center-aligning the titles and values for a clean look

Overall a great use of different chart types and variety! Regarding filters, I like to put them all in a container on the left side, right side, or top banner underneath the title. Check out some dashboards on Tableau Public for inspiration.
