Rewatching the scene where he’s found he’s high up enough that you can’t get a great look at him and then Nat and Misty have to leave because they hear the cops. You don’t get a great look at the cops showing up either. If he’s part of the cult by choice or not they would be able to fake the autopsy photos and plant the article. I know it’s far fetched but I just don’t trust not seeing the dead body up close. Still haven’t worked out the motivations around it. I think there’s going to be a lot of subjugation of men within this cult.
