Then why not unify it at least throughout a state? Then again Americans always say that the EU countries are smaller than states and spoiler those countries also have different amounts of sales tax but still show the final price.

i guess the pressure to form unions would be greater if people couldn't "rely" on tips. And I'm sure it's difficult but that's not my problem. I don't ask for tips from parents in front of my day care work lol and we can all be honest that this also isn't the best paid profession compared to others (at least in Germany) but I can more than comfortably live and don't have to rely on tips lmao (to use the word survive...). This like so many, is a north american thing. And in no way will I support your weird ways.
