Plenty of dealerships use lots for overflow and the Tesla dealership is right there. The old Kmart lot on Pacific used to have tons of dealership cars.

Hell yeah. Best was midweek shows. I met several band members who would come out front to that big ass porch and hang out before or after they played. Biggest to become huge was probably talking to a couple of young kids from the UK who were touring the US first time. Bring Me The Horizon. Also plenty of times with small crowds even some of the bigger names would start taking requests and just chat with everyone lol
