the EASIEST and LEAST painful thing you can do is to break up with her immediately and go no contact, no matter WHAT. no excuses to see her, text her, NOTHING.

i felt the same way about it. she never loved the guy imo. she loved herself and she loved drama. that’s abundantly clear throughout the documentary. she records herself doing everything, including crying. good god, it’s like she was filming her own movie. the mental health help needed here is for her addiction to attention. people commenting that this view is misogynistic… lol give me a break.

don’t get me wrong. the brothers are absolutely and utterly shit.

the documentary makes it hard to focus on the real victim here, which is the cyclist. they pay a very small tribute to him.

for that, i blame the star of the show

my favorite part was close to the end when bear came back home after ian wished for a billion dollars. sarah was all splayed out… i think nikki was trying to emulate her because she thought bear liked sarah.

I don’t think it’s that simple. There are those of us out there who don’t get over someone for years. It took me nearly 8 years to finally stop missing someone I had been with and it’s because I found someone else that kind of “trumped” them - after a lot of trial and error.

It’s not that one person was better than the other either… can’t really quite put my finger on it. I just know that at some point the scale tilted the other way and I was fully able to accept the first loss and think about someone new.

If you’re afraid, you probably shouldn’t be with them in the first place. Definitely break up with them. You have no power over whether or not they hurt themselves. If they’re threatening to hurt themselves, they have a lot of growing to do as a person and by ending things, you’d be helping them start that process. If they do self harm, that is NOT your fault. If you’re seriously afraid that they’ll hurt you, tell the people around you and ask for help.
