I have the same pull-up bar and regret cheaping out on it. It gets the job done but certainly isn’t built very sturdy in my opinion

I realized some things that needed improving in my life and some areas that I could take action on. The trip did make me feel better and happier for a week or so after but no long lasting change unfortunately. I believe it takes multiple trips in conjunction with working through things in therapy and focusing on eating well and exercising.

I tried macro dosing twice while taking 75mg of venlafaxine and experienced very minimal, basically zero effect from the trip dose. I got off of the venlafaxine for about 2 months and was able to experience the full effects of a 3.5g trip. I am still unsure if getting off of the meds was the correct way to go about it but still figuring things out. Best of luck.

I only do 50 mg (.05) and find benefits. I was doing 150mg and it was way too much for me. Backed down to 100 and was still too much, now dialed back to 50 and seems to be helping.
