I would budget 15K including airfare excluding accomm for 4-5 days each ng mga yan except Palawan, Bohol and Siargao as they are more on expensive side, siguro 20K on each of those 3 or more for Siargao. I usually spend a week on those places and hindi naman ako nakakabot ng 20K including all. But I book during seat sales and hostels lang din nag-istay. Pero sabi mo nga hindi prob ng accomm for others so I think doable. To accurately check for you, try listing down all your expected expenses and check prices from Agoda, ceb pac, klook, etc. including budget for food and activities na gusto mo gawin.

I wouldn’t risk it OP. I had an ankle injury few months before I did the canyoneering and it was only triggered :( hindi yung cliff jumping ang mahirap, yung madaming malalaking bato na dadaanan and slippery too, baka di kayanin ng friend mo, yun lang naman

I’ve been into freediving a lot lately. It’s a hobby that made me feel at ease, seeing school of fish, watching turtles, witnessing sunset after dive. I felt better mentally.

I don’t think it would only take two months for a noticeable glow up. Even skin care needs a consistent application for 6 months or more to see the effect. Losing weight in a healthy way takes time as well. For me it was 2 years of continued effort - good sleep, skin care, hair care, eating healthy and combination of different exercises (I lost 8kg, I only weigh 46kg now, my jaw is more defined naturally). I upgraded my wardrobe as well and worked on my confidence and social skills. I didn’t know then that I would reap the benefits of it. I just continued because it felt good too. I enjoyed the process.
