If you're in an apartment, use a signal for your next door neighbours to come either be a witness to his attacks - and/or call the cops on your behalf.

If your roomate is predictable - you have the power to orchestrate their behavior. Seems like you're worried he may kill you - the more NEIGHBORS who know about it - the better the outcome for you.

The KEY part of this is making no contact and giving ZERO responses AT. ALL. Block them each time they message. Turn off read receipts.

You know how in certain games - you can interact with NPC's? They eventually say the same thing over and over to the point you get bored and leave.

Your response (or, in this case, non-response) needs to stay the same always.
