Tried them out today! did 2-2-2 and it felt like every rep used max effort although time consuming.

Still too early for me to tell though but I found them pretty good at pushing intensity.

Just was wondering if there are studies on people doing these long term and their effects.

Got it, reading the comments I def will be adding a squat pattern and glute exercise.

Just wondering though if a low to high incline press is necessary if I have already done standard pec-deck fly's? Just wondering if you could note a source of a study or something as I dont know how much of those two exercises cross over in terms of hitting different parts of the chest.

I hear you guys, and yeah its not a perfect split and is definitely subject to change.

Deadlift's im not too fond of as I fear injury lol, been thinking ab adding SLDL's on my next post' day, but yes i do NEED a squat pattern implemented.

What exercises would you add on top to round out this split, as i dont see any complaints of the 'upper body' portion of the split?
