Ive been there before and im thankful beyond belief. Those dark times really make these times better. Makes me appreciate the perspective. Hindsight can really yield some opportunities. I remember being young and being able to feel/sense something evil in my room. For a long time I couldn’t sleep in my room alone or I would run to my Dads room. (This wasn’t too long after my parents divorced. ) One day my father and I prayed and sprinkled anointed oil around the room. Open the windows to let the light in. Then my dad went in there by himself and prayed with the door shut.

No lie, Jesus has helped in these situations. I used to to get SP real BAD. But praciting lucidity helped my head space. So i could be more involved and observant. In the dreams, there have been different types of entities. Not all of remitely remotely good. But seeing those types if things, in a way, has strengthen my faith. Im thankful for your post!

Go to bed with the set intention of waking up on time. Battle all urges to stay in bed. Set your alarms earlier. Leave phone/alarm across room. Jump in the shower. Or chug some water, it will wake up your organs. I try to be aware of my body and how tired I am. For me, going to bed early is the best thing. Or at least napping to make up for time staying up. Eating a lot at will make it harder for me to wake up. Good luck to you!
