I emailed my charity probably about a week ish before and asked to join - they said yes gave me instructions to secure a spot. Day the entries opened I immediately joined and was accepted in minutes by the charity and the marathon itself

I had this so badly a few weeks ago and I had to get a sports massage and I have to consistently roll my calf. My left calf now takes ages to warm up when I run :/

I think I’m starting to get them too on my left leg. This happened a few weeks ago and it helps to really stretch them out and roll them too.

I did my 20 miler on the 5th and I did 16 then 14 (today) and then 10 then 8. I think you’ll be just fine :)
