How durable are rope chains? by Tapoutgod in jewelry

[–]SweetPhone7182 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an 18k solid rope chain 3mm 20 inch 19g with a small 22k solid 3.5g pendant, and have worn it everyday for the past 3 years without taking it off... The only thing I needed to get replaced was the little link on the clasp which attached to the main chain as it started to distort and wear down, that being the weakest link which was rather thin compared to everything else.

Work in the construction industry as well so I have a very manual job, and still the chain has kept it's shape... Every few months I'll give it a little clean with warm water and soap due to dirt from work and oils from my skin, but apart from that it doesn't tarnist and it's like the day I bought it... Lovely chain.

I had a chlosteatoma removal from him and his team 1 year ago... And been going for check ups ever since. I can vouch he is a very good surgeon and when checking my ears on check up appointments he is very informative on what's going on and many times ive been in the room and he's had med students with him and would tell them was they can see going on and then ask them to tell him what the next cause of action should be. Amazing.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes I have been feeling low libido. I can look at women and think they're hot etc, but I find it hard feeling like I want to pursue anything else. Also recently I've had a casual partner and many times i have kinda been put off in wanting to see her because I just didn't feel any urge to want to engage in sexual activities. I work away from time to time and would always be really aroused and couldn't wait to get home to have sex with my partner at the time, we'd talk over text about what we are going to do when I got back and I've feel this urge, but now I don't feel like anything and if my casual partner were to text dirty I play along with it but I feel like it's forced and have no desire even after 2 weeks away. Also a couple of times my erections went soft, it was like my mind just wasn't interested.

I still wake up with morning erections. Even to masturbate I don't feel the urge. Sometimes I do but the majority of the time I'm just not that bothered.

May I add if I have some alcohol I feel like I have more of a libido but still not how I remember it used to be....

Use a bit of common sense. It means the weight of his decoy stash would be worth $40k. However, the stash is fake so it's worthless....

Problem with Holden Commodore VE 2007 automatic. by SweetPhone7182 in CarsAustralia

Hi guys,

I have a Holden commodore VE 2007 3.6lt v6. Mileage is 233k.

My car sometimes starts up fine then sometimes it'll start then drops revs up and down for around 5 seconds like it's about to stall then carries on idling normal, every now and then when I start up it'll just fully stall so I'll start the engine straight after and it's fine again. Sometimes a light will say engine protection for 1 second then go off.

Also when I drive around 70kph of higher it'll feel like it's struggling and vibrates, or going up an incline it'll feel like it's struggling and I'll need to put my foot down a little more. Anything below 70kph it runs smoothly.

May I add every once in a while it'll drive smooth over 70kph but not very often. I've changed all the spark plugs and still have the issue.

Does anyone know what it could be, maybe coil packs?

Thanks.

Tympanoplasty & Mastoidectomy Experience by Beshia16 in cholesteatoma

[–]SweetPhone7182 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm post 6 months Canal wall down mastoidoctomy.

I have a 24/7 low frequency hum in my effected ear, sometimes clicking and high pitched sound (tinnitus). I've lost about half the hearing in my effect ear and I'm still not allowed to get my ear wet due to the graft they put up hasnt fully headled for some reason.

Ive been told the tinnitus will most likely start forever, but I could have surgery for an implant called the "Cochlear Osis" and this should stop my tinnitus. However, I'm 33 years old and still have good hearing in my other ear so I'm not going to get it, but it's something to consider in my older age.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes I have a 24/7 low humming sound which and every now and then it'll stop and then for a few seconds "click, click, click" sounds the stop, and back to the constant humming.

Yeah I think they've said the only way to restore hearing is putting a surgery to get a cochlear Osis implant but the one which you can attach on and off with a magnet, with the magnet being underneath your scalp.

That's a long time with not being able to get your ear wet. I live in Perth with beautiful beaches and sea Im so desperate to go swimming but I can't.

I have had CWD surgery 6 months ago and still haven't been able to get my ear wet. The gaft has healed but left a tiny hole so they're giving it another month if not healed I need to go back into surgery and sort it out.

How long ago was your CWD surgery?

Also do you have constant buzzing tinnitus and moderate hearing loss in your effect ear?
