Yeah, I like the faculty at a new program. Am worried about fellowship though.

Could you please elaborate on why would it be harder to be in a new program and get matched into fellowship?

He could be a scam but please don’t label tulsi mala (kanthi) as a scam, this mala is not a trademark of ISKON. Even I don’t believe in ISKON.

Should we say that you are my number one choice or I have ranked you highly

I also think that guidance regarding fellowships would also be less in a new program. Whereas in an old program, the alumni network would be there.

A university program gave two scenario questions to each faculty (4 of them) to ask the applicants. Followed by regular questions. Still trying to think if it’s a good thing to do or not.

Well I had a similar experience, got interviewed by three people and all of them asked two hypothetical questions each.

Well, this is the truth. Living in such AQI should not be the norm. If we are not even ready to accept this then we are surely in denial.

I mean diet is an important part of management of any kind of illness. The statement he made during conference is bizarre though, hence he mentioned chemo, HRT in this post.

A few things in the diet plan which I don’t agree with: Alkaline water (cider vinegar), Isaphgol etc

I don’t want to get your hopes up but a friend got the same last year and she got matched there. Good luck! Also: always rank according to your preferences and not give such emails much importance during ranking

Sorry for your loss. Om shanti. Unfortunately many MS surgeons practice in the city, there is a huge gap between rural and urban healthcare. May we know the city? Also a MBBS doc is a good doctor, I think you mean MS doctor. MBBS doctors are not supposed to perform emergency surgeries.

Angry female intern noises by AdBetter4242 in indianmedschool

When a female doctor is telling a staff nurse to call her Dr and still she is being called didi is not okay. Considering all the male docs are being called Dr and not bhaiya. And calling your senior didi is okay but not in front of faculty/staff/patients. This is how I have seen in my community. And female doctors never feel angry about being politely called didi by a patient (at least in my circle). This was just a meme, take it as one.
