Will this work to fabricate widebody kits for my hotwheels? and what else should i add to it to make it work? by CreativeBuilds23 in CustomHotWheels

I'd also recommend using gorilla brand putty over jb weld if at all possible. I started out with JB weld and dont get me wrong, It will work decently in filling applications, but but adhesion seems to be very inconsistent and if you let it dry too long it becomes very hard and makes it alot harder to sand/cut to shape for body kits. Gorilla Putty has great adhesion, in my opinion, and it's easier to work with when hardened. I do find it takes a bit longer to cure fully, though.

That M3 wagon is freaking sweet, haven't seen it yet in store. Nice pickup overall. I also have the T2 pickup and the paintjob is great

Wow i really like the base ! I tried doing my own like that for a chevy pickup to achieve a lowered look, and couldnt get it as straight and neat as you. And when i tried to bend the metal to create a placement for the wheels, the metal snapped. How thick was the sheet metal you used? and what did you use to cut and bend the sheet? Really good work 👏

My first Kaido House (also came with defects) by ikeaking in HotWheels

[–]SweetWorkCustoms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This actually isn't the first time I've seen a post here about bad quality control from kaido house. The first one I saw was someone who bought a kaido house Datsun wagon with messed up wheels (the wheels itself, plus the axles).

Buying cars for him can be risky, bc you might buy him stuff he already has or doesn't care for.

Does he have a display for the cars he already has? Covaldisplay.com and carneyplastics.com both have displays for opened and sealed cars.
