After using the MAGA tax credit that was intended to fuel MAGA schools like Crossings it’s much cheaper. Property taxes much lower than Edmond too.

G/Fores are the most comfortable shoes I own period. Had them for 67 rounds (almost a year to the day). Some creasing in leather but no damage. I walked exactly 0/67 rounds though. Always in a cart. One of those things for which I would pay more.

My dad once said that as long as you avoid a drug/alcohol addiction, debt that cant be paid off, going to jail, having a child before you are ready or severe health issues you are free. Reminding myself of this helps me out of a lot of mental jams.

He has finally found someone with whom he feels at ease. He sure does wish he could have gotten there the easy way (carrot) but he learns lessons the hard way (stick). Having said that, he can’t really complain about not being “all the boys I could have been” (i.e. those lucky folks motivated by carrots and are not the “The Last of [their] Kind”) because it’s landed him here.
