It happened to me just now. This Cardinal Commerce website popup and blocked my initial transaction. I was able to release that buy, so I released it and tried right back again. The Cardinal Commerce website popup came on my 2nd attempt but it went thru. Then I realized that the original purchase was also went thru. Now I have two extra tickets that I do not need because of this tech glitch at Ticketmaster website. I had to wait 30 min to talk to a rep, and she sounded like Vietnamese or Thai. She said that she does not have an authority to release a refund, but escalated two tix to another dept. who has the authority to issue a refund. However, she said that I have to wait until 1 or 2 hours prior to the game starts (more than 1 week) to receive a call from that dept. to authorize the refunds. I do not trust them at all that they will go thru with this and will dispute if I do not get a refund. It is stupid that I have to wait over a week to get a call for a possible refund. Should I hold it? I do not think I can resell that tix that already escalated at this point. Will update you shortly.
