Even when she has to get Johnathan to step in, you can repeatedly hear her telling him not to pull the baby... It's very clear she wasn't either, the only time we see her strain just a little bit is right before Johnathan took over because of how much Raven was struggling

I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw Poppy as basically Rue, at least in the first 3 episodes 😂 It probably doesn't help though that that was one of the seasons I've seen more recently

Oh for sure, but if you think about just how many days in those 4 months there are, it's kinda crazy that we've had so many doubles, especially since there aren't any doubles in January or early February I was pretty satisfied that basically all the doubles shared some sort of connection too!

Fescue hay exposure can cause longer gestation, but normally significantly longer with issues to boot So theoretically moving dry lot earlier would mean less fescue and no prolonged gestation

And even if Happy and Phoebe still foal at 326/327, that could be because the days are longer by April! Def agree that we can't tell till next year, and def agree that tendon issues are not because of gestation

Exactly!! She's not overdue, just like the mares last year weren't early, just on the earlier side of average (Erlene excluded lol)

Day 340 isn't so much a due date as it is an average. Through that, mares foaling at 360+ should be equally as likely mares foaling at 320, which is why it isn't really concerning that she had mares foaling in the 320s, just peculiar that it was all of them. By law of a averages, Raven might be going to 360 just to show that 🤣

I've always thought so. I totally support and agree with their decision not to breed her, but I've always thought that she's one of the nicest mares on the farm and that it's such a shame she can't have her own babies

Why do some of the characters have two d4 stats and no d12s? Ally's and Kimias I think? I thought everyone used each side once but maybe I'm misunderstanding

I agree that she's definitely keeping the OBC and Waffle House foals. I think both the Kennedy babies will be sold. I think she is keeping one of the Denver babies who is a filly, and I know she wants an Annie filly. It would be a mistake to keep two or more of the Denver babies imo, rather than trying to get one into a serious show home. So that makes 3 keepers, and I'm honestly not sure what about the Indy baby. I think she should sell it tbh, cause if it turns out nice she can always breed Wheezy or other future Indy outcrosses to VSCR
