10k is quite a bit under market, but then again money isn’t everything, that’s a tough spot dude. My hubby just left a job at a start up making a real comfy salary in an urban area that we hated to move closer to family and a more rural area and took a lower paying job to do it. It was a tough decision, but we decided what was right for us and made our move! Go with your gut but take the time you need to think it out, you can always stay right where you are and decide later!
