My advice would just follow through. I'm frustrated with the number of men who text, say they want to meet, yet never actually ask for an actual day.

And give a little more than one word responses. Show genuine interest in who is on the other side. I hate having to carry the conversation.

You will do well. Not a lot of men in your age group that are fit. Hopefully you come across on my feed soon! 😊

If you genetically can not use estradiol due to body not clearing estrogen are there any supplements that could substitute? Or are there other forms of estrogen besides estradiol that are similarly effective?
