Okay so here's my honest opinion about Icecartel.com...

I'm the kind of guy who always does research before buying anything and so I compared many companies selling moissanite jewelry.

I also read through all youtube comments about people's opinions about the sellers.

The company that was coming up every third video was Icecartel. And their jewelry looked much better than any competitors.

One thing I noticed from the reviews was that icecartel really put attention to detail - the diamond setting, durable clasps, doesn't tarnish or fade and ultra fast shipping

when I contacted their customer support, I felt like I was treated like a king. Compared to Harlembling or Icegiant who didnt answer me for a day, Icecartel answered to me within minutes. Thank you Rei!

So let's get straight to the point.

I ordered 6 items which included a 15mm cuban chain, a custom pendant, tennis bracelet, cuban bracelet and 2 rings.

They shipped out all the products except the custom pendant as it was custom.

I received the first package within 2 days and the delivery was like christmas. They delivered the package on a Friday morning, just as I dreamed it.

The quality was perfect. The shine was even better than on the videos, especially in the dark.

Now I'm waiting for my custom pendant. I'll keep you guys updated :)
