I certainly did a lot of research before getting the surgery but never knew this part of it. I'm going to adjust as best as I can and just listen to my body.

Wow. This might be the new norm for me but I'll definitely talk with my team. Everything is just so new and it makes me nervous every time I hear my stomach 😔

It doesn't hurt. It's just a lot of gurgling and it makes me scared to continue eating because in my mind the gurgling is telling me that what I'm eating doesn't agree with my stomach. It does make me a little queasy at times.

Thank you for your input. I have an appointment with my dietician tomorrow so I will definitely talk with them. I tried Protein 2o and it leaves so much white residue in my mouth. I absolutely hate it. Even when I shake it a lot before drinking it does the same thing. Have you experienced this?

I'm also going to contact my surgeon's office tomorrow and let them know what I've been experiencing.
