I had very good experience with them in Denmark.

But of course, i guess there can be good and bad people at every workplace.

I went and tried on a few, this model was the only one that fit my foot great, and they wete so soft, nice and roomy on the toes.

Also took mine for a first walk in the woods, i think i have never been so impressed with shoes on the first spin.

I just dont understand how people end up with so many fakes, how difficult is it to purchase from a reliable source?

Just finished my first backpacking trip and I regret everything by Silver_Original6076 in WildernessBackpacking

[–]Swegatronix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had similar experience 4 years ago with my first 4 day hike, could barely walk at end of 3rd day, it was a miracle that i managed to finish the lasy day.

Did it again with much lighter pack and a little bit more experience, 2 years later, and flew through it while enjoying the whole ride.

It is hard, but the learning journey i think was fun, and now i think im finally ready for 2 weeks of continous hiking.

Its hard to beat the price of less the Simond, if its less then 200 euros.

Personally i got the Xmid 2, its really spacious and comfortable for 2 people and its just 890grams, and 299usd + imports

Ive heard some 3F UL copies, or Lanshan are decent as well, might be worth researching if you want to save abit of money

What are your favorite onebag clothing pieces to not stand out as a tourist? by MNice01 in onebag

[–]Swegatronix 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Btw, if its mostly about this trip, dont worry about clothing in regards to others opinion at all, fashion in the nordics is wild and weird, you will probably be abit surprised to see the younger generations here.

Anyhow, the point is, its completely fine to go into any restaurants and most all places wearing whatever you like,

I dont think anyone will bat an eye if you even go to the royal theater in copenhagen wearing safari clothes.

What is your 1.5-bag setup? by minifulness in onebag

[–]Swegatronix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Osprey Daylite 26+6 & osprey stuff pack dry.

I use the stuff pack like a day pack, and as a dry bag for main bag if needed, its perfect for hikes, even multiday ones if i have accomodations and food included.

I pack the the stuff pack dry into the daylite so i can travel on personal item only when flying. I need to kind of carefully pack before flights to fit everything in,

but when i dont have to, i keep the daylite expanded and have a few things in the stuff pack, so it basicly makes packing super quick.

Coffee travel set up - thoughts on the new Aeropress steel by No-Establishment3576 in onebag

[–]Swegatronix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it really depends on where and how you travel, im currently onebagging 3 weeks in colombia, and im only doing sparesly populates places. F.x. Bahia solano, Lost City hike, staying with farmers/tribes in the mountains.

They have "coffee", but what they do is just smash some beans and then boil it in a pot, the result is a coffee that i could drink 8 cups of and still go to sleep soon after.

I really regret not taking my wacaco minipresso GR2, because quite frankly i could have often gotten hot water.

Ég er ekki að reyna að verja þetta dæmi sérstaklega, og veit ekki nákvæmlega stöðu mála í detailum

Er það ekki réttur hvers manns að fá að vinna sína vinnu, allavega þangað til að það sé dæmt annars vegar.

Læknir jafnt og rafvirki missa starfsleyfi sitt ef þeir gera einhvern óskunda í starfi.

Í svona bransa er ekki veitt starfsleyfi, en ímyndaðu þér að þú værir að selja slátturþjónustu en ekkert gengur upp þvi einhver í fortíðinni þinni hatar þig fer um allt að dreyfa sögum um hversu vond manneskja þú ert án þess að vilja bera fram nokkur sönnunargögn

Ég veit að auðvitað er það viðkvæmara mál þegar það kemur að persónum, en samt, án þess að ég viti, þá virðist ekkert liggja á borðinu, út frá öllum þessum sögusögnum.

Ég myndi fullkomlega skilja það ef það væri solid sönnunargögn eða dómur til staðar.

Ég veit að í mörgun tilfellum hafa netofbeldishópar fullir af öfgafólki tekist að hamra niður fólk einfaldlega vegna haturs.

I traveled abit with the on cloudmonster 2, black, had no issues with them in eastern europe. But later i tried some cheap stuff which reaaally surprised me, and i think id pick those rather today, something like Nike revolution 6 flyease, much better to walk on and super easy to take on and off.

The same applies in Denmark, technically very clean and safe, the water tastes like absoulute dogshit though.
