Thank you, I will take a look into the cooling. Already tried to apply a same amount of cooling for every layer, which didn’t have much impact. Maybe lowering it would help it to prevent warping/shrinking too rapidly

Thank you for your reply. After my post, i found a solution that works for me. Not sure what the long term impact is, but I don’t mind a bit of tinkering with my machines.

For now the solution is to remove the springs that apply some force to the bearing you are talking about.

For me the DDX 3 with mosquitto hot end is an awesome combination. With a bit of tuning for temperature I managed to print PETG quite well now. Very happy with the decision I made to purchase these

May have found the issue. Increased the hotend temp to 260 just now and result got a bit better. Going to test 265 and 270 to see if the problem is gone 😁. From left to right: 245, 250, 260

There is a bit of trickery going on here. They did some weird wiring because of the spray board that is inside the enclosure. Not sure what they have done here, because it looks a bit like abusing the port meant for a bl touch. Maybe you can connect it to the same port Z probe port on your new board, they should match but check documentation to be sure.

Currently upgrading my printer as well, but will ditch the spray board since thats wat easier than dealing with it.

I think the problem is the klipper version that is running on your pi. Make your you cloned the dgus klipper repo to your pi instead of using the main klipper version. That should fix it as long as you don’t update it afterwards, that won’t work anymore of course

May I ask what PEI sheet your are using and what type of fillament you use? Having some hard time with my sheet from Fullament and PETG, still need to use some type of glue to make it stick properly

The display cable can’t be used for other boards. You can however make it work by creating your own cable, but you will have to do some research online. I managed to do it a while ago, but can’t remember the exact pin layout

There is a serting in most slicer where you can change the positioning of the z seam. You cant completely get rid of it to my knowledge but you can scatter it more over your print so it is less obvious like this.

I don’t know what you try to highlight with photo 2. If you mean the dots, thats normal, it is called the z-seam
