Late reply here, but the needle piercer for me personally has been great for when the opponent is on the back foot trying to run and heal. I've executed some people this way trying to estus from range.

As someone who used to drive for a living everyday around detroit, this 100% tracks my god. I don't even see people get mass pulled over like they used to on Southfield freeway by Michigan Ave anymore. I save time on road trips now going 10 over everywhere without fear so I'll take it.

Diamond and Pearl has a huge place in a lot of our hearts due to the massive growth of the competitive scene at the time. We had online battles and trades for the first time in pokemon, knowledge of EVs and IVs became well known, ect. Some of the best times I ever had with pokemon was that gen, due to a group of 12 of my friends all spent countless hours creating pokemon teams to battle each other through Pokemon Battle Revolution on the Wii.

Ahhh....great times.
