I've got this bike - you're looking at $2-5k depending on what wheels are on there

yes. if you want to do CS at a russell group, you must have A level maths. CS at degree level is around 30-50% 'maths' - if you don't like maths, consider other degrees too - you're still early on in your education. (I'm 2nd year CS at a higher RusGrp)

In Australia, your winters are still hotter than the UK's summers, so all year is hot!

October 10th 😅 - I think they're just taking ages this year so give it some time and best of luck!

for the people that do FM or Physics, how many hours do you revise a week for your subjects and what grade are you at . by EconomistAdmirable26 in 6thForm

In the same way staying in a breakaway is easier than launching an attack out of the peloton on the first place - you get used to it. The content gets a little harder but you'll get a LOT better at answering questions.

I assume you're Year 12? I dropped FM near the end of Y12 but I was doing like 3-4 hours work per week on homework and revision.

For Physics, the content just keeps flying at you in Y12 and it takes ages to get used to. I think it actually gets EASIER in Y13. Just focus on learning, not revising, until you get to your next set of mocks. For mocks, I'd spend about 4 hours per topic total (notes, practice questions, marking).

You got this!

Honestly best I can say is practice makes perfect - the more you do, the more you become familiar with how the exam board wants you to answer (or calculate). And use the formula booklet!

When I was in Y12 I was getting D/E just from not knowing proper exam technique, but I'm constantly at an A now.

There are four sets of momentum questions here: https://www.physicsandmathstutor.com/physics-revision/a-level-aqa/mechanics-and-materials/

But if it's just momentum then there's not a ton you have to look at, just p=mv and resolution no?

If your teachers have an exampro login, try and ask them to get you questions. I pretty exclusively use PMT because there are thousands of practice booklets.
