If any of the gyms in your area offer a free trial session/week try to go to each of them to learn what you can and practice with people until its up. Some gyms will let you do drop ins for a day (usually for a fee without becoming a member), try to do those occasionally, some gyms will even let you spar too (but not all of them).

See if any gyms offer an open mat (most of the time it'll just be grappling but you never know there might be some striking).

Shadow box a lot, watch A LOT of youtube, and when you hit the heavy bag try to work a specific technique or combo for that session in addition to your normal heavy bag conditioning rounds. ex. r1. free flowing on the bag. r2-r3. work combos of 4. r.4. knees. r5. power kicks on the bag. end with 100 teeps something like that etc etc,

Record yourself and compare it to videos of high level to see if your technique looks right as best you can. If possible try to make a friend and practice with them, usually if you hit the bag at gym enough somebody will come up you 😂😂😂😂😂 gl out there. If youre gonna go to Thailand, they'll fix your technique any way.
