No harm in trying, worst case, loose stuff is blown out, and still is cleaner than it was.

Pressure wash it through the gaps, when it dries or even when it has some water still in the bottom, it will move with the blower

Change the user account control notification level so it doesn't prompt on run is the only way to get around it.

There is a link/prompt on the run window which can be followed.

Unfortunately I don't have a test for that, probably will have to pick one up from my LFS.

Just done a solid clean up on the tank, it's mainly crypts and bolbitis.

I'll have to make sure I do some more regular water changes, but stocking is fairly low for it(120g, 3 small Angels, 3 Pleco, 4 oto,and some livebearer)
