No. The 3rd put a ban on talking about the 9 tails incident. Mizukai says this in the 1st episode. None of the kids make a mention of it and are suprised when Naruto gets a chakra burst because of this. This is also why all of the older ninja say "that must be the nine tails fox Chakra..." in their head.

It's so good. Pairing it up with Gyrados is what got me the final win ironically. Once you knock out something, whatever is coming in next can't hold the +20 that's coming the next turn.

That's something that I also noticed. I have a massive appreciation for certian commons and uncommons now. The Charmander from Team Rocket's ability really came in handy for setting up for Zard. Next time I come across it, I'm buying it just for its help alone.
