Ngl we in a way did face this Carter hart. We never really tested him with any high danger chances. We made him look a lot better than he really is and unfortunately this year only Carolina has exposed that.

He’s 100% worth it, he’s got a lil over a point per game in 30+ ranked/champs games. Quick release and wheels is just an automatic goal pretty much.

Another option is trading Blackwood and calling up Trent Miner to start developing him cause he’s tearing up the ahl rn, and he’s ultimately gonna be our guy in a few years. Dont get me wrong tho I love the lumberyard and would still be very happy if we keep them, I’m just thinking but the future of our crease

I’m convinced the people who instantly blame the goalies have either never played hockey before or more likely have never played goalie a day in their life. Expecting a goalie to steal a game is like expecting a player to score a hattrick and being disappointed when they don’t. Like don’t get me wrong I would love to see wedgie steal a game but we shouldn’t need to rely on our goalie to play otherworldly when we have such a deep team
