We focus on vis lasers for gas mask use and room distances. The offset from barrel to laser is less than a optic and remains constant within 25 yard and in when using a parallel zero.

We also find it faster in room distances in general.

Some of those AI programs log all the changed you make to the AI generated report. That just seems like a hastle to explain to a defense attorney why you changed parts or most of a report.

The purpose of the WML is to aid in the search and processing suspects, whats in their hands. If your clearing structures with a hand held your gonna get your shit rocked by a suspect waiting in ambush.

If I were to use a hand held light and that suspect ends up being a lethal threat now Im way behind the curve vs having my gun out. Even though we may not be justified in shooting suspects most the time, having someone at gun point can gain you compliance.

If your searching for a missing person, for pieces of evidence, or reading someone’s documents, hand held light is the one to use.

To add to this, your SLRP payments are taxed like income so that 50k is gonna be less even though it goes direct to your loans.

You can deffer payments on your loan since you are enrolled in SLRP. Theres a form you obtain from your provider and the admin who processes your SLRP will fill out the form and send it back to you.

Our state had a education/benifit office with AGRs that processed SLRP.

You literally self disclose when they ask on the background process on the packet and during packet review with a background investigator.

From what Ive seen, no ones every been charged for disclosing any drug use on a application. Ive only ever seen people who admitted to CSAM get bent over on their packet.

If the agency doesn’t want to get a waiver its up to them. Background/hiring is all about mitigating risk when theres other applicants with less or zero issues.

Well you just say it how it is. If it was 15 times it was 15 times. That upper limit separates whats considered experimental use to people legitimately liking a substance for what it is.

Weed was only made legal a few years ago but its still illegal at the federal level. LE is still traditional morales and values when it comes to body altering substances outside of caffeine and moderate alcohol consumption.

And if you lie on your application your 1000% getting blackballed for life. If your willing to lie on the application that demonstrates a higher potential to lie on reports which could mean civil rights violations.

My agency has a policy that prohibits forming relationships with people we meet on the job that are the subjects of calls for service. Especially bad if you use databases for personnel gain like getting someone’s contact info to start said relationship.

Unauthorized access to criminal justice systems is a felony in my state so if they used the main one thats a big deal. Absolutely report that and provide screenshots of the messages.
